Your business shouldn't look better in real life than it does online.
SCARA Studio designs modern websites for established businesses ready for an online presence that reflects the reputation they've built.
01 / Selected work
Built to make the first impression match the real one.
More work coming soon, including Thrifty FaceLifty.
02 / The disconnect
Good businesses deserve good websites.
Some of the best local businesses have spent decades building their reputation while their website stayed stuck in the past. I help bring the two back in line.
Look established.
Your website should reflect the credibility you've already earned.
Make it effortless.
Customers shouldn't have to hunt for what you do, where you are, or how to contact you.
Win on mobile.
Most first impressions happen on a phone. Design accordingly.

05 / About
Hey, I'm Hunter.
I'm the designer behind SCARA Studio.
I build websites for businesses that are better than their current online presence makes them look.
My background is in marketing, design, content, and digital strategy, so I don't approach websites as decoration. I think about what a potential customer sees, understands, trusts, and does next.
SCARA Studio is intentionally small. You work directly with me, and I stay involved from the first idea through launch.
A different kind of first impression
Sometimes I build first.
If I come across a great business with a website that isn't doing it justice, I occasionally redesign the homepage before ever reaching out.
I'd rather show you what's possible than send another sales pitch.
